Health Advocacy

KCS is part of the Managed Care &Consumer Assistance Program (MCCAP) network. Our counselors assist clients in understanding healthcare options and coverage and in resolving medical billing issues, appeals, and complaints.

As a member of the Independent Consumer Advocacy Network (ICAN), we help Medicaid enrollees find and enroll in a managed care plan, particularly for those needing long-term care or behavioral health services.

Through SCN, KCS collaborates with healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies to link individuals to the services that best meet their needs. Our KCS Navigators are available to guide and support you in accessing the right resources.
