Aging
The Custodial Aide supports the daily operations of the KCS Flushing Older Adult Center by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming facility environment. This position assists with routine cleaning, inventory organization, and movement of supplies, as well as transporting meals from Flushing to the KCS Manhattan Satellite every Wednesday and Thursday. The Custodial Aide also provides on-site support during Pop-Up Café operations on Tuesdays and Thursdays, ensuring smooth meal setup, breakdown, and overall service delivery.
Public Health and Research Center
This position offers professional, client-focused support for individuals seeking enrollment in various publicly funded benefits, including SNAP, Medicaid/Medicare, transportation assistance, and long-term care services for eligible NYS Medicaid recipients. IThe position requires ensuring compliance with state regulations, advocating for clients’ needs, and delivering high-quality, client-centered service. Key responsibilities include managing client data securely and accurately in databases such as Salesforce, while upholding confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively multitask, manage time, and collaborate with both clients and team members to meet program objectives.
The Outreach Coordinator supports the Social Care Network (SCN) project by actively identifying, engaging, and recruiting eligible Medicaid members while ensuring accurate documentation and referral management through Unite Us and internal databases. This role combines community outreach, member engagement, eligibility screening, and compliance-driven data management to strengthen SCN participation and service
delivery.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced ESOL Instructor to deliver high-quality English language education to adult immigrants and New Americans under the funding and guidelines of New York City’s Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) and/or the New York State Office of New Americans (NYS ONA). This part-time role requires a dynamic educator committed to fostering significant learning progress and community integration.

Part-Time Computer Class Instructor for Basics (Bilingual in Korean and English)
The Workforce Development is seeking a part-time dynamic individual to instruct and train adult immigrants and New American students in computer basics and intermedia (i.e. Google, Windows, Microsoft Office, email, keyboarding, Zoom, Excel, AI, Smart Phone, etc.).
The Program Assistant will support the KCS’s Workforce Empowerment Initiative in Queens Village, a community-based program designed to assist unemployed, underemployed, and underserved residents in gaining practical job skills, digital competencies, and individualized career support. This position will play a key role in coordinating outreach, enrollment, workshops, data tracking, and communication between participants, community partners, and KCS staff. The Program Assistant will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective delivery of workforce development, digital literacy, and financial empowerment services.
