Volunteer
KCS seeks to strengthen the growth of its services and fill in gaps in its service delivery by utilizing and training volunteers to support the Korean immigrant community
KCS offers many programs that typify our organization’s commitment to providing a wide range of different social services. These cover the areas of Aging, Community, Workforce Development and Public Health at our six different locations. We are always grateful for our diverse pool of volunteers who help us at our senior centers, health fairs, after-school and Saturday school programs, job training/workforce development programs, and adult literacy classes.
KCS offers excellent opportunities for students and regular community members to volunteer for our programs. Not only do volunteers contribute their time and skills to the greater community, but they also develop professional and career-building skills.
If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out the Google Form below to give us an idea of your skill-sets/interests so we can find a role ideal for you. Feel free to call our main office at 718-939-6137, or email skoppalakonda@kcsny.org with any questions or concerns.
