Through cooperation between the Public Health Program, the Senior Center Programs and various Korean American medical service providers, KCS has been able to promote health awareness to the community via seminars, free screening and workshops. KCS health promotion activities included: Glaucoma screening, Blood pressure testing, Diabetes testing, Cholesterol testing, Health fairs and education, etc.
